So you’ve fallen in love (with one of our designs!)
but, now what do you do?

Choose a Collection

  • Once you see a design you love the next thing to do is work out your quantity numbers. Remember: this number is not the same as your total number of guests! You only need 1 invite (or save the date) per household/couple.

  • Next up, work out a date when you want to send them out to your guests. This is how we can place you in our diary to start the design work. Need help working this out? We have a handy blog post on the typical wedding stationery timeline.

  • Pop all of these details on the order form and we’ll send you an accurate quote. Once you confirm we’ll ask for a 10% deposit to secure the place in our diary.

  • We’ll send you a handy step-by-step guide for all the wording we’ll require which includes the do’s and don’ts of wedding etiquette. Remember this is purely a guide so feel free to use as much or as little of it as you want. We’ll make each design fit your wording so you don’t have to stick to a specific template.

Why should you choose a Professional Stationer?

  • Sarah has years of experience doing what she does. Each design has taken hours of work, from hand-painted watercolour florals which are scanned and added to the designs digitally, to all the little extras like name tags, eyelets, and torn edges which are all finished by hand. She will put her heart and soul into every one.

  • If you don’t like a part of the design, no problem. You can pick a semi-custom service and we’ll change it specifically for you.

  • No problem! All the text is customisable so you don’t have to stick to a template, and we have no max character count, so if the text doesn’t fit then we’ll rearrange it so that it does!

  • You’ll speak to an actual person! And we can have as many conversations as you like to make sure your wedding stationery as perfect as possible.

  • We’ll bend over backwards to fix it for you. We couldn’t bare to have our name against something that someone wasn’t 100% satisfied with.

  • There are hidden costs like printers, software and hardware to think about which you would still have to pay for if you were doing it yourself.
